3-Ingredient Apple Dessert

3-Ingredient Apple Dessert


Like something smooth and sweet after a meal? All you need is these three ingredients! Easy!


  • 250 g jar apple puree eg SPC or Three Threes
  • 1 cup thick plain Greek yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


1. Into each of two dessert bowls, spoon half the yoghurt.

2. Spoon half the apple puree on top or next to it.

3. Sprinkle cinnamon over.


  • Drizzle over a spoon of honey, if you like things a little sweeter.
  • Sprinkle over 1-2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or slivered almonds for some crunch.
