Five years after its implementation in June 2014, a review of the Health Star Rating (HSR) has found it performs well. Studies have shown that seeing the logo on the front of a pack effectively directs shoppers towards buying foods lower in kilojoules (Calories), saturated fats, sugars and sodium. Is it all positive?
